Born To Bang - WestBam - Well Never Stop Living This Way (File)

Beatbox Rocker came on. The video was simply awesome. Nothing really happened - it was just this guy walking around a party or something dressed up as a priest. It was just so simple that it was stylish, much like the song. I know Beatbox Rocker is repetetive, that's the point.

So, I went to Tower Records and bought the album. I liked Sonic Empire right off. The others were just alright. But slowly, I found myself listening to nearly all the songs and liking them. Were they repetitive? Yes, but so was Daft Punk's Homework album. Look how popular they are.

It is hard to explain just what exactly makes this album so great. It is sleek, it is sexy, and it takes time to cultivate. Give it a try. Not much to write review about for music that expect a little bit more from , artists that hopes are to have special emission on life on television , and to do that thay record bam bam and westbam. I think the name it self is to simple and music it self as well pretty much too.

Ignore some of the bad reviews given by orangeduke and elia. They are clueless. Sometimes the greatest beauty can be found in simplicity. Although I enjoy complicated soundscapes, this CD is honest in its' beats. Most of all, it grows on you. I went from thinking it was an O. Those are the best albums. The ones you enjoy better the 20th time you've played them.

I admit, I could have easily put this CD away and just forgotten about it after I heard it the first time. Give it a chance. And repeat and Repeat. This is electronica at it's worst. 7. Unlike many of the techno DJs and producers who made furtive trips into electro and big beat hoping to pay a few bills, Westbam had been spinning and recording breakbeat techno (of a sort) ever since the mid-'80s. Naturally, his breadth of experience gave him a leg up on most others, and as such, We'll Never Stop Living This Way is a solid album of forward-thinking retro-techno.
